Dr. Ashley did an outstanding job with Mina and was very understanding of our concerns. She was extremely diligent in addressing the issue and in her follow-up with us.

The staff are always friendly, and the vet was very gentle with my dog and easy to talk to and open to answering questions.

The doctor was very professional and gentle to Barney. I will be back.

Amazing service, the vet I saw was super nice and helpful!

Vet was excellent. The rest of the staff was indifferent at best. Behind the desk employees seemed annoyed I was there and then vanished when I finished with the vet. Literally just told “put the dog on the scale.” Then when the receptionist realize I was a new client, she finally gave me the paperwork which I filled out while the nurse watched without speaking. Nurse who I saw before the vet didn’t talk to me at all while examining my pup. I won’t be coming back, although I very much enjoyed the vet herself. Staff was indifferent. Facilities were old and not particularly clean.

My dog, Karli and I had an excellent visit. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Ashlee is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. She is extremely helpful and caring. I am very happy to have found a wonderful vet.

I would like to suggest that management enforce a mask mandate for all employees and pet owners. When I went in I only saw a couple employees and owners wearing them. We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic and Laramie is especially being hit hard right now in terms of cases. For the safety of employees, pet owners, and the city of Laramie please enforce a mask mandate.

I felt very misled by the pricing and quotes over the phone. I was quoted Roughly $200 over the phone and ended up spending $430 for a neuter. Staff was very short with communication, it almost felt like give me your money and leave, we are done here. I never met with a vet, just the tech which is very odd to me. I won t be back.

I would have like to seen the front desk staff in masks. I would have felt more comfortable and safe. When the people who are interacting with customers don’t wear masks, it tells me that you don’t care about my health. I care about yours, I had a mask on, but you don’t care about me!
