I have always had an positive experience!

I gave you 5 stars on everything but nothing happened when I clicked on the stars. You should clarify this. I would highly recommend your clinic to everyone. I trust the judgement and care we have been given by all of the staff we have seen. The last time we came in was on the spare of the moment because I was finally able to get my cat in her carrier. Your staff was able to fit us in and I really appreciated it.

I can t single out any one person as the entire staff that I interacted with was very courteous and friendly. The facility was much nicer than the Jefferson Animal Hospital we took our dog to when I was growing up.

Really appreciated the phone call the next day checking in on how my cat was doing. Very thoughtful and thorough staff!

The gentlemen that was our tech was very helpful extremely pleasant and friendly.

love Grantview-the staff is more professional and friendly than some m.d. offices/hospitals....however, i m confused about the stars on the survey--I do not know if the ratings went through. thank u so much for everything. ps-princess faith LOVES her dress-she wanted it back on when I took it off for her to go to bed--she actually stared at me, would not take her eyes off of that outfit-and-con t to stare at the drawer I put it in for the night---good god- (for easter I am going to get her a hat to match for the dog museum party)

We choose Grantview for 2 reasons: #1 it is close to our home, #2 my husband took his childhood dog there years ago. Several other clinics were recommended. I am so happy we stuck with our decision and came to Grantview. Thank you.

Dr. Finch is by far the best vet out there. He s so good with my animals and extremely compassionate. He s always very thorough during the examinations and doesn t rush you. As long as I have animals, Dr. Finch will be their Dr. Eva Catarinicchia

Dr Castelli is probably the best bet I have come across I have recommended other pet lovers to her. I love my babies more than people realize and she has always taking good care of them. All of ur employees are awesome always nice and friendly and they go beyond the call of duty including ur receptionist Terri. Again Dr Castelli has taking care of my babies most of there lives and I would follow her anywhere but I do hope she stays where she is at now cause I believe she could not have found a better class of people to work with. I appreciate everyone at Grantview for being there for my baby girls. U guys r the best.
