Zac, the vet tech, was great, as well as receptionist on duty the day we were there. Always a positive experience at Grantview.

I called with an urgent matter and needed my cat to be seen the same day. They where kind and caring and able to see her right away. I had been looking to change vet clinics and very happy I found Grantview as my new vets.

My husband and I appreciated the ability to be able to bring Lucy in right away even though we were new to the practice. Everyone was friendly, cordial and made us very comfortable. Despite Lucy’s nervousness she was calm compared to taking her to Webster. I loved how I was asked what my ‘baby’s’ name was...such personal attention shows a passion for the office. Dr. Finch is excellent and thorough and explains things clearly and took time with us. Katelyn was extremely nice too and researched for a better dog food in the Hill’s k/d line. I ordered it when we got home and it was delivered yesterday (which is amazing) and Lucy absolutely LOVES it. We left feeling very satisfied that we’d found a new veterinary office that feels just right. The office and treatment rooms are immaculate too. And, thank you for the leash! The only question I have is, is it okay to email an occasional question? Thank you very much for everything! We’ll be back when Lucy needs your care again! Donna

I m grateful for the information Dr. Finch provided regarding Cheez-It. The previous treating clinic provided no useful information. Answers help me grieve and let go of the bad thoughts and pain. I m grateful to Dr. Finch and staff for the excellent care provided to my fabulous five.

I have been to several vets in the area and this is the first place that feels like home . I know the vets and staff really care about my dogs and I feel very comfortable here. Never rushed and always understood.

Everyone at Grantview is always such a pleasure. They always greet and interact with a smile. My dog Sid has a history of abuse and can sometimes be scared around new people. The staff at Grantview is always willing to make her comfortable and at ease no matter what it takes. We will continue to use Grantview as our primary vet as long as we live in St. Louis and I will continue to recommend Grantview to my friends and their furry loved ones. Thanks!!!
