We are extremely pleased with all the staff and Veterinarians.

I had my 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter with me, and they were very curious about the posters and equipment around the room. Our vet tech, Kristine, took the time to explain things to them, which helped when our appointment went longer than expected. She also complimented them on their behavior as we were leaving (it was a small miracle they held it together through the whole appointment, so I really appreciated that). And the front desk employees were similarly kind and engaging, offering them stickers and explaining the dog treats we could get to take home. I am always confident that our dog receives the best care from Dr. Castelli, but this was a positive experience for all of us--please know your efforts are appreciated!

Dr. Castelli and Jessica always take good care of us. They really get to know you on a personal level and take great care of your animals. We recently had to put our dog Tom down and they got us in last minute to make sure he didn’t have to suffer. Dr. Finch and Jessica took care of us and reassured me I was making the right decision. They are so thoughtful and even sent a card. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for us over the years.

My dog was in the emergency hospital with acute pancreatitis. I didn t feel comfortable with her prognosis until I was able to see Dr. Finch. He relieved all my fears and went over everything with me. Hopefully she is on the road to recovery.

It’s very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. Our vet tech at our last appointment (I unfortunately can’t remember her name) was also wonderful. Grantview is the most thorough and compassionate animal hospital I ve ever experienced. I feel like you are the most up-to-date on pet care than any place I ve ever taken Toby. I never knew my cat should be on flea and tick prevention (even my indoor cat). Exception veterinarians and staff, and that means a lot to me.

I recommend Grantview to everyone. You have a fantastic Team that is very compassionate.
