Dr. Dixie and staff are always so very helpful and friendly. The only one I have ever had any problem with is the older lady at the front desk and I don’t think she likes anybody. But everything else at Westside is the best. Thank you for the wonderful service.

They were good because my dog was scared from being a shelter they try to put us in. A room fast so maybe she would calm down she did she happy when she realize she was going home

My Basil and I almost got locked in on Fri. We waited patiently in the room after being seen and were waiting for his medicine. By the time I came out of the room to check what was taking so long (45mins), the lights were off and it seemed as though everyone has gone home! Luckily Dr. Tom Ellenburg was still there. He was very sincere and apologetic and let us out. But we love Westside Vet and will continue to go there for Basil’s needs. My suggestion is probably for the staff to check all rooms before they close up to go home. Thank you

I was extremely impressed by the whole facility and staff! The facility was beautiful and extremely clean, the staff was welcoming at the front desk, very kind and the veterinarian staff was so kind yet professional. Dr. Ellenburg was absolutely wonderful! He is super smart and was so patient, kind and caring! Everyone treated myself and my dog Archer wonderfully! We are very happy to be apart of west side vet!

Miss Mattie looked so beautiful when she came home and one thing about her when she goes to your office she comes home happy I cant say that about the groomers we have used. she is always quiet and withdrawn when she comes home so five stars for her treament she was so proud and happy today thanks guys so much.
