Did not go in.

On the phone, I was told that a staff member would come and get our pets from the car, and take them in, so we could socially distance and stay in the car. Instead, someone came out and got my husband and brought him in with the pets. I wish this had been explained better on the phone so he could have been better prepared. We thought he would be waiting in the car. We are hyper-vigilant during the covid-19 lockdown. This in no way would stop us from letting Westside take care of our babies, because y all are wonderful.

I have always loved Westside. They take time to talk about problems you are having with your furbaby. Any questions you have are met head on. My babies have always had wonderful care. Dr Andy is the one I use if he is working, but I would trust any of them.Triple A rating!
