Hello, Jack Capesius here. I recently brought the Boys (Patches and Rags) in for their annual shots and check-up. As usual, I was very satisfied with the services we received. I would like to make a suggestion. This year asked that their ID chip be scanned and verified to know that it is working properly, which you did. My suggestion is that a chip verification be performed routinely as part of an annual check-up. The failure rate of the chip is unknown, therefore an annual check would be a great service. Love the doctors and all the people but a good bit of multiple dogs hair coating the rooms floors but it is a vet so verry understandable

I have had three dogs, the staff was so good to me when I lost my Miss Prissy, you all have been there for me with Angel and Chloe and I would not take my dogs anywhere else but Westside veterinary, I would like to thank you all for all that you do for me and my dogs.

Extremely professional staff and veterinarians! Our chihuahua, Moe, absolutely loves Dr. Wilks! Dr. Wilks is always very good with him. He takes time to answer any questions or concerns we may have. The best veterinary practice we ve ever been to.
