This was the first time I had used Westside, brought my 2 new puppies to be checked out and get shots...i was very pleased and hopefully will be using this facility for a long time to come.

As always, Dr. Lauren and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and great me and my dogs with care. Dr. Lauren has such a calming and sweet demeanor and can put anyone at ease. Thank you all for taking care of my littles.

I could not get the comment stars to work but I was very satisfied with the wait time. Dr. Lauren was great with our pet. Ladies at check/in and out made it easy to check out. Thanks

I love Westside, the whole staff is amazing! I feel like I can truly trust my pet with them and my pet will get the best care possible. I don t go anywhere else. The staff goes above and beyond. Even when the clinic is closed and something happens I can call and the staff will meet me at the clinic. I love Westside!!! Also Prices are great! I can take my pets to the vet and it doesn t break the bank and if I have an emergency and don t have the full amount to pay they will let me make payments and it is truly a blessing.

Dr. Mahan really cares. About her patience and the people. She is just the best!

Everything was very professional and in and out with know problem at all the staff was great.

We are new to the area and had an issue come up with our dog. The receptionist was so compassionate and understanding and worked us in with Dr. Lauren, whom we loved! So soft spoken and kind and patient. Bingley is doing much better thanks to her and nice staff. Thankful to have found you guys!

We love this place. The doctors have always been very efficient and cares greatly for our pets and us also. Have been with them for at least 15 years and would never even consider going anywhere else. We appreciate them so much.

Dr. Mahan saw our sweet pup and she was incredible. She gave a thorough inspection of him and was very informative. As first-time pet owners, she really put our minds at ease. We will definitely be coming back to see her!

I have asked many, many times for 1 simple thing: Put hooks at the check-out counter so customers can hook their pet leashes while they conduct business. If you want, I can install several hooks. Otherwise, it is difficult to hold 2 dogs while finalizing payment.

They got me in fast and was great with my cat !
