Katrina and others did a great job giving Lulu a nail trim. Two other times she acted up and the trims could not be done. We are relieved and feel she is past this kind of reactivity now. Dr. Tarrant was very good with Lulu and she tolerated shots and exam well. We are very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Every bit of our visit was good. We are very grateful for everyone s time and assistance. We were a little surprised how stressful it was for our dog. She wasn t able to go upstairs that night, she s never slept downstairs by herself. She s a little better each day. We are hoping that she does better after her second visit this Friday.

I think Arbor Creek Veterinary is great!

I honestly went there expecting the worse possible news and left in positive spirits with a new plan our cat Millie. She has been responding well the injection she was given as well as the new antibiotic. I was also surprised on the pricing. With the tests that were conducted, I expected a $1500 bill and was surprised when it was under $400. This took a lot of the pressure off the decision making in regards to the care for our cat.

I feel comfortable with treating my pets and dealing with an overprotective pet mom. She is knowlegable,compassionate and understanding.

Dr Tarrant and Dr Madden are great, the whole staff is awesome.

Usually I don’t have to wait too long in the waiting room, but that morning it was a 45 minute wait. After 25 minutes I offered to wait in the car since my dog was really nervous. Not sure what suggestion to make in this situation, but I guess it would be good to know when checking in if I would be waiting longer than usual— I would have just waited the whole time in the car.

Dr Tarrant and his staff are great. They always treat Finley like he is their own dog. They make sure he is comfortable knowing he gets nervous seeing the vet. Further, they are accommodating to let him into an extra room if busy since he gets worked up seeing other dogs. I am grateful to all of them.

Reggie has been a patient for nearly 14 years. We have enjoyed the professionalism along with personal attention that you give him every time we come in.

Dr Tarrant spent an hour with us meeting our dog, Teddy, for the first time. He explained a variety of care options for the issues Teddy has struggled with (ACL tear, seizures, anxiety, etc.) without ever making us feel pressured in any direction. Teddy is usually very scared of vets and new people, but between Dr. Tarrant and his **amazing** technician, Jordyn, they were able to calm him and get him to cooperate without any growling or whining. This was our first visit, and it was incredibly thorough, comforting, and informative. Thank you, Dr. Tarrant and Jordyn—you made this a great experience!

Dr. Tarrant, and his assistant, were the best ever! They both are very caring and personable. Dr. Tarrant didn t hurry, answered all my questions. My kitty, Sammy, is FIV positive and I adopted him that way. He gave Sammy a great all over examination...everything I wanted to know. Then, I had asked about nail trim but didn t have the extra money for that. Dr. Tarrant did it anyway, free! He/they love the animals and I m so glad I took Sammy to Arbor Creek. I ll be returning. Excellent service.

Vet Tech that gave the shot didnt really say much just took the dog and gave her back. Previously they say a little more and mention if I need to watch for any reactions to the shot and so forth or ask if I have any questions. Just didnt say anything really except she was done.
