The Pet hospital Vet and staff were very nice and polite. They took the time to check and socialize with our guineapigs. Smoothie and Bumbpy were very talkative when we got home. Thank you for trimming their nails.

Wonderful staff and facility.

Pricing wasn’t transparent at all. Huge bill at the end. It would have been nice to know upfront/ while vaccinations/ procedures.

The staff at Arbor Creek truly love our Millie. There are vets much closer to us, but we choose to make the drive to ACAH because they care about and love my girl like I do

I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Tarrant since he opened Arbor Creek Animal. He is very knowledgable, friendly and all my animals love him! I used to live near Arbor Creek and now Im over an hour away and still bring my dog to Arbor Creek! We love it and you will too!

Dr. Tarrant recently treated our four year-old Schnauzer who had a life-threatening infection. Thanks to him and his caring staff Brody has bounced back. All of his extremely abnormal blood tests have returned to normal. Brody even loves to go to the office to see his friends Bella and Jordan. Dr. Tarrant is very knowledgeable, stays current, even with holistic approach to keep our dogs safe. Definitely recommend!

I do not like your new no owners go into room with pets. Will be looking for different vet. I am sure you have your reasons foor your changes. But what ever happenred I feel sorry for you. It is tough times right now but don’t lose your clients. Many years ago we went through same times as these. We survived. Don’t hide out from your customers.

Dr. Tarrant and his entire staff are well trained and very professional. We have a great deal of respect for Dr. Tarrant s expertise and we know that whenever we bring Lucy in to your office, she is in very capable hands. We also like the way Dr. Tarrant explains a procedure or diagnosis without talking down to us. His demeanor inspires trust.

Front desk gal could be more engaging

I was a new client. The only person that introduced herself was at the front desk. The vet tech and the doctor never introduced themselves. All staff was friendly and professional, but knowing who you are speaking with is also helpful.

Arbor Creek Animal Hospital is by far one of the best animal clinics in the Kansas City metro area. We didn t see our regular vet for this visit, but the quality of the care was equivalently as great. In fact, this vet was able to give us a tip on some dog food that our dog gobbled down. Given her pickiness, that s nothing short of miraculous, for which we were very grateful. The office staff is equally as stellar, and we know that our pets will always be given expert care by everyone involved.

We love Arbor creek and all the staff. The vets are always so great with our dogs/cats, very kind, loving and interested in their care and our concerns. Also, we have vetted other places and the pricing is much more reasonable.

Dr. Matt is a very caring, knowledgeable vet. Our dog is leery of people, but he is comfortable with him. His staff is wonderful and the place is clean.

Thank you for the time Dr Tarrant took with Smokey (she is showing improvement already!) and the kindness your office and Dr Mayerske showed when they made room in the schedule to see Teika after I mistook my appointment time. Very much appreciated and one of the many reasons we have been bringing our Cats to Arbor Creek for the past 13 years.
