Dr Smith was awesome. She was very caring and took her time to discussed my pet’s condition. My pet was in pain and Dr. Smith prescribed a different medication and I can see the immediate effects it has on my pet within two days as she was able to walk and has more strength. Thank You, Dr Smith. Her staffs were wonderful too and show much empathy to my situation.

Appreciated the welcome by staff, Scout looked great after her grooming, and I’m really glad I found you. My other groomer was in Prairie Village and it was just too far to go. I wish I could write checks to pay for the grooming services however.

The computer system was down the day of our appointment, but the staff were quick to adapt and friendly during that time. I marked n/a on billing, because they were unable to tell me a total and/or process payments due to the computer systems being down. They were fantastic!

It was nice to see that the office has their own greater dragon when I brought mine in, and helped me feel confident that the vet knew what was going on. We were very pleased with the services, and our Spikey is doing much better already!

I have been taking my dog here for grooming the last several months and thought I was on maintenance plan. After realizing I wasn’t on this last appt I was a little caught off guard. I didn’t complain or make a big deal just let the groomer know I didn’t understand correctly when I began. I received a call shortly after leaving to let me know they wanted to offer me something to make it right. I appreciate the kind staff ensuring that the clients are happy. They didn’t know if it was me or them that had been confused but because I was they still wanted to ensure I was happy. You are all doing a fabulous job and I always recommend this vet and grooming when people ask. Keep up the great work. Staff is always friendly and nice. I enjoy coming here and so does my dog.
