Casey, the grooming associate that worked with my dog was wonderful. My dog is a rescue and is scared of so many things. I thought Nola would be very hard to work on but when I talked to Casey she indicated that she did very well. I’m sure her doing so well was because of how Casey treated her which made Nola feel more at ease. I’m so happy that Always and Furever suggested Arbor Creek to me. I am very satisfied with her grooming and everything/everybody associated with it.

I did not come into the office.

This was grooming appts. only 1 time was my dog ready in time. I have waited from 20-60 minutes for my dogs after pick up time. I used to be very happy with the job done but not lately. The prices are high + tax + being asked if I want to leave a tip before I see my dog. Sorry but I need to change groomers.

I am very happy with our visit. We were seen in a timely manner and were told honest, accurate information instead of trying to get sold on something. Very appreciative!!

We are so thankful that Floyd was able to be seen and correctly diagnosed by Dr. T. While Floyd s diagnosis was a bit of a shock, we knew he was in the best of hands through all of it. Having three legs doesn t seem to bother him and he looks great. Thanks will never be enough for all that you did.

There were some difficulties transferring one of my cats from the stroller to the technician. I had asked that the cat be taken out of the stroller once it was inside the building. The tech said he did not want to do that. The cat, a feral, got away. After chasing the cat around the parking lot I was lucky to be able to finally catch it.

The vet and staff were great and very helpful. Vet is very knowledgable about snakes, which I m so grateful to find a vet that not only sees snakes, has good knowledge, cares about them, and has had personal experience with them. And he was very receptive to my follow up calls. Thank you.

I was asked what time I needed to pick up from grooming. I said “between 3 pm and 3:30pm”. The groomer said ok. When I arrived around 3:20pm, I was told my dog would not be ready until 4:30 and 4:45pm. I had to wait at a nearby restaurant as I do not live very close. I had to cancel my evening plans as I could not get there in time, and feel the two hours of paid time off I took from work were wasted hours. I was not offered a discount although the trip ended up costing me an extra $70 in time off at work and food/drinks to take up a table at a restaurant.

I am very pleased with the attention and serviced given by the groomers at Arbor Creek. My pups look great and are happy as can be when I pick them up.

Dr.Smith is a Guardian Angel for my Vanilla and Nutella. Dr.Smith takes the time to listen and welcome my opinions, fears, and concerns. Everyone in the office allows me to feel that my fur babies are the most important ones. Thank you so very much for allowing me to have trust and confidence! Staff was great as normal and Casey did an awesome grooming on my cat.
