Arbor Creek Animal Hospital is more than five stars. Dawn, Katie and Pam are the first people we see and always treat our little Kacey and us with friendly hellos and conversation while we wait. Drs Tarrant , Smith and Mayerske are all fantastic doctors who take great care in communicating and treating all of KaCey’s healthcare. The tech staff and assistants do so much and are so friendly and genuine. The entire staff go the extra mile in making us feel comfortable with KaCey’s care. Thank you Arbor Creek.

Joy groomed Picabo in only l hour and 30 minutes. I couldn t believe it. She was matted on her chest and tail and her nails were way overgrown. She looks wonderful now!

This was first visit to Arbor Creek and we were very pleased with the care. Dr Smith was great and explained the injury and care plan for our injured ferret. Cannot recommend the staff and practice enough.

I made a special request to get a call from the doctor regarding specific bloodwork results. We received a call on Saturday saying the results were in and the dr would call on Monday. Received no call Monday, no call Tuesday. I called Tuesday late afternoon to check and received no call back. Called again on Thursday and FINALLY received a call from the doctor. The care here is very good but the follow-up is really bad. This has happened multiple times, very poor follow up communication.

I have been having my dogs nails done there routinely for some time. Its gone from 15 to 22 to now 27. If my math is correct, that is a 80% increase in I believe less than 6 months. it is more expensive to cut my dogs nails than to get my kid a haircut. IF there is something that differentiates my services from lesser amount is it not indicated on the receipt nor explained. I did have to reschedule b/c there weren t 2 technicians to do it on scheduled appt (again, news to me it takes 2)... IF that is why its more, its not explained. I am going to price shop to see what these services cost.
