This was first visit to Arbor Creek and we were very pleased with the care. Dr Smith was great and explained the injury and care plan for our injured ferret. Cannot recommend the staff and practice enough.

I made a special request to get a call from the doctor regarding specific bloodwork results. We received a call on Saturday saying the results were in and the dr would call on Monday. Received no call Monday, no call Tuesday. I called Tuesday late afternoon to check and received no call back. Called again on Thursday and FINALLY received a call from the doctor. The care here is very good but the follow-up is really bad. This has happened multiple times, very poor follow up communication.

I have been having my dogs nails done there routinely for some time. Its gone from 15 to 22 to now 27. If my math is correct, that is a 80% increase in I believe less than 6 months. it is more expensive to cut my dogs nails than to get my kid a haircut. IF there is something that differentiates my services from lesser amount is it not indicated on the receipt nor explained. I did have to reschedule b/c there weren t 2 technicians to do it on scheduled appt (again, news to me it takes 2)... IF that is why its more, its not explained. I am going to price shop to see what these services cost.

Excellent appointment with our Tech and Dr Tarrant!

We brought our very sick Guinea pig in for an emergency visit. They were able to get him in that day but we had to drop him off, which we were fine with. After the initial examine we received a phone call from the vet tech who informed us his external examine showed nothing other than he was dehydrated and under weight. She said for additional charges they could do more diagnostics but didn’t go over what the initial examine covered. Unfortunately we could not afford the $200 in radiograms at that time and were given no other options. She said she would rehydrate him and talk to the vet and get back to us. We then received another call that they rehydrated him and could pick him up after 2pm but without the radial scans they couldn’t do anymore. When we picked him up, we never got the opportunity to speak to the vet that had seen him and the tech had no other advice to offer us without further scans and basically told us good luck. The discharge paper work said nothing more than “try to get Potato to eat critical care and bring him back in a few days if no improvement for radial scans” If we had known or been given more details about what the initial examine covered or checked we could of made a better decision on what to do. If the vet would have been more informative about what they ruled out as potential problems we could have made a more informed decision and saved him the pain and suffering for 2 days. Not being spoken to by the vet and being told anything that was ruled out or given any other options was unacceptable. We took him to another vet 2 days later because there was no improvement. She was amazing and compassionate and explained everything she was doing during her examine and told us unfortunately it was to late to save him but still gave us several options to make him comfortable or offered to put him down peacefully to end his suffering. She gave us time as a family to make the best choice for Potato and we decided to end his suffering. The experience we received from Arbor Creek was unacceptable and we will not return to them in the future.

Y all are just THE BEST! This visit for Tiko was a vet tech appt for fluids, etc. and again my heart was warmed by the creativity and thoughtfulness of the vet techs in looking for a solution to an ongoing challenge we ve had with him after the fluids. To say everyone at your clinic truly cares about the animal patients and their parents is clearly an understatement. We are so blessed to have been led to your clinic last year and are grateful for the top-notch care Tiko always gets, from the front desk greetings to the excellence of the vets. Totally enjoy the interactions with everyone. THANK YOU!!! PS - those should all be 5 star ratings in case they do not come through that way.

30 minute waiting time to get blood drawn was a little much.

We appreciate the extra time and care the Dr. takes with our dog. He is gentle and calming to our dog who is a basket of nerves around new people. Love the care he is given!
