It was our first time there and I thought that the lack of contact ((Covid-19 protocol) with the doctor, and not being able to meet him in person, would feel insufficient and cold, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. He was extremely helpful, thorough and informative, and spent a lot of time on the phone talking with me. He listened to my concerns, never rushed me, and seemed very sincere and caring. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and my senior Yorkie was delivered back to me at my car with care. I couldn’t be happier that I made the switch to them!
