I just opened an email today that was sent on August 12th saying that I would get 10% off all services and products at my next visit. I did not see that until today and I spent $270 there yesterday, it would have been nice of them to offer that to me when I was there, I would have really appreciated it.

The staff was great with Kaiser and helping to keep him calm during our visit and very informative about each vaccine and procedure!

I just wanted to say that it may take extra time to get checked in or checked out however, you give the same amount of attention to each person. When it is my turn I know you will spend as much time with me as needed. Everyone has always been friendly and my dog always seems happy during his stays/visits to the clinic.
