I wouldn’t trade care of my animals for any other clinic. The staff ant West Side are always friendly and the doctors treat my pets like they are their own!

We had a great experience with the new doctor, but our appointment was supposed to be with Dr Horton. This is the second time that an appointment has been shifted to another doctor and I wasn’t notified. I’m confident my appointment was scheduled correctly because I always specifically ask for Dr Horton AND confirm. I would have happily rescheduled if I had known it was necessary.

Everyone has ALWAYS taken such great care of our Fur babies whether they were sick and helped easy them and us as they head to the Rainbow Bridge or playing with our big 110 pound gentle giant as though she belonged to all of them! They treat us as though we are family...we would NOT go anywhere else!

We moved to this clinic after going to another one for years. The other vet did nothing wrong but this one is closer. We got in the same day I called. DR. Schroeder was excellent. She was patient and explained everything to us. We love it

I think the cost was too high. But overall the service was good and Emma was taking care of.
