Best clinic I know

I was shocked at how quickly I recieved a phone call back (within minutes) on Canada Day regarding Kane. Dr. Kamula is always so amazing and patient with him. I recommend you guys to everyone I know who already has or is getting a pet. Kane always gets the best care with you and I never have a worry that he won t. From all the girls at the front desk to your groomers and vets, I always know my boy will be in the best hands!

It was one of my best experiences and that says a lot because it is always good!

The staff and Dr. Marks are always friendly, easy to work with and conscientious of my time. I appreciate the team and their understanding of how to make me and DJ, my fur baby comfortable.

Our cat Nala has always received the best care here - everyone is caring, considerate and professional and even in the age of Covid-19, I know that should we have any concerns about Nala’s health, the team at McGilvray will be there for us.

Our appointment was initiated by the clinic and I was told my dog needed to come in for a specific vaccination. When I handed my pet over, I was told there would be various tests as well. Receiving that information at the time of booking would have been appreciated, both out of courtesy, but also because it would have allowed me to ask about the need/reason etc. I have no doubt all tests were appropriate, but given the necessarily minimal interaction at drop off and pick up, it did not allow for informed consent. For the future, when booking a clinic initiated visit, I would like to know with greater detail and accuracy the what and why.

I got a very late appointment June 23 after having been cancelled April 20. I called the first day they said vets could bath dogs. I was very worried about my dog Lexi. I called again and was given that day June 8th. Now I am happy, she didn’t die from the heat and long fur. I cannot find mouse to answer questions. I have been coming to McGilvrays since 1964. Very satisfied. My dog walker took her in as we are old and cannot lift her.

My first visit was amazing! The service went above and beyond and now my dog has a new veterinarian! Thank you so much!

Dr Adriana was amazing with Lucky when he was rushed in to receive treatment for suspected heat stroke. She was kind and thoroughly professional. Thankfully Lucky bounced back quickly thanks to the amazing staff at McGilvray.

Had a great check up with Dr Olijnyk. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased to see how well the clinic adapted to social distancing while maintaining the high level of care that is standard for the clinic.
