We just got our dog from the shelter so we don t know how she will react to things yet. I liked that the vet didn t force things like checking her teeth which she really didn t want done.

CityPets is so convenient and efficient! All the staff members are friendly and they make Binx feel like he is the only pet in the office. Pricing is fair and the care is phenomenal. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Always receive the best care for my animals from everyone. From the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors, everyone is great.

Upon pick up for day care or boarding, it would be nice to know if everything went fine with my pet during the time there.

Grooming was easy to schedule- but please include in your text reminders what time the appointment actually is..... Pickup - I arrived to pick him up and the greeting person was on the phone. She is super friendly always, but was on the phone....didnt acknowledge me...finished the call and then called back to have Fergus picked up.....I don t think It would be rude to put someone on hold, call back for the pickup and then get back to the call, and def would be quicker. Fergus was returned to me without his collar and tags. I didn t know this b/c he had a bandana on from grooming. This concerns me b/c that is a pretty important item to account for for many reasons. I was also not notified when the staff found the collar and not satisfied with the response of .... we will just have it for you next time you return FYI

Everything they did was wonderful. And I m very Pleased with how they took care of my beloved dog. City pets is the greatest!!! And their closer to my home. The people there are awesome!!!, very friendly, And just the best at what they do in every Thing.

It wouldn t be nice if we had gotten to take a tour of the doggie daycare before we started there. It would also be nice if we got to see video or pictures of our pup while he s there. We had to wait about 15 minutes to drop off our dog for boarding on Saturday morning. Otherwise everything was great.

John does such a great job with grooming and treats my pup with great care. I respect his opinions and usually seek out his thoughts on the best grooming style for my pup. So happy to have found this place!

We always receive amazing service from CityPets. Their staff is so caring and does a great job making your dog feel important. The doctors are also top notch. They spend as much time as you need to ask every question you have until you understand. Plus, they are a full service facility with grooming, daycare and boarding. Not to mention so conveniently located. I would highly recommend.

We were offered a same day appointment which was terrific! Overall, we appreciated how quickly we were seen & how efficient the appointment was. We didn’t receive any information regarding the billing. But everything else was excellent!

The only suggestion I would have for improvement is having some soft music in the waiting rooms. It s very quiet otherwise.

You guys are amazing and our cat loves you!

Everything about City pets was five star. They were very good with my pitbull. Very patient and the veterinarian was awesome. The place is the cleanest I ve ever been to.
