I ask MANY questions and I never feel like anything or time I ask is a bother to anyone. Staff is always willing to fully answer any question I may have and do so until I understand the information. Of coarse, everyone is always friendly.

Everyone at Colorado Valley Veterinary Clinic we’re kind, caring, took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, gave me an itemized estimate of expected charges before doing the surgery, called me to update me on my dog’s status. They were all wonderful. I Highly recommend this Vetrinarian and his staff.

This was the first time we have used this clinic. The staff was great, helpful, informative and very caring. Dr. Michael Ridlen was also amazing. I took my two Schnauzers in to have their teeth cleaned. Because of the being 12 years old, they did blood work on them. One was ok to have the cleaning but the other one wasn t. The doctor called and talked to me personally and told me what showed up in the bloodwork and suggested a medication for a month and then see if there was an improvement. If so, he would schedule the cleaning. He was so very caring. The dog that did get the cleaning was great. Several teeth were extracted. Pain meds and antibacterial meds were sent home with her. This clinic is awesome!!! They even text me the next day to see how they were doing and a number to call if I needed to contact them. They were great!!! Very loving and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Great Vet, great staff ever!

Doc is always very prompt, professional, and take care of my animals as if they were his. His staff is very helpful also, from the receptionist to the guy unloading your cattle. 5 Stars, ALL THE WAY!

I like that Dr Ridlen runs all kinds of test to find out what is wrong with Milo. He doesn’t quit until he knows. I lost one member of my family because a vet didn’t want to take the time to do blood work to find out what was wrong. She died a horrible death.

The tech was very effective and personable. She explained each shot and was able to chip our pet. Thank you.
