I was most impressed and pleased with the level of care and concern my ailing dog and myself received! The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The vet was most caring, taking the extra time to get to the root of my dogs illness. Everyone was extremely thoughtful, kind, and accomodating! The best vet I have ever been to!

The only reason it s hard to schedule a convenient appointment is because the doctor I want to see has limited hours at the clinic. Otherwise, I prefer to not go anywhere else for my guinea pig s care.

By the time I was able to get in for an appointment my cat was better, but I felt guilty about cancelling without sufficient notice so I kept the appointment. I explained the situation and I was told that if I felt I didn t need to have the cat further examined by the vet, and I would just continue to monitor him, I would not be charged for an appointment. I agreed to this and appreciated the fact I was offered the option.

My dog had an unlikely allergic reaction to the meds provided and after I called the Vet to let her know, someone on the staff has called each day to find out how he is recovering. Good Job.
