Katie and tim were excellent with our dog Jenny. They are the best and Katie always is so gentle giving Jenny her shots.

rabies certificate given months ago was never added to file (lost?). have done that many times but had never been told that the paperwork is then thrown away. should have been returned - HOPEFULLY was @ least shredded. a great example of why there should be a paper record - proof.

I am so grateful for your compassionate and incredibly understanding employees. Other vets have not allowed me near my own pet, which I felt would dramatically help in calming them. Annie is already soooo much better!! The swelling and redness has almost completely disappeared. Her skin and coat is stunningly improved in such a short time. And most importantly, she clearly FEELS so much better. She is no longer hiding from me but openly seeks affection. I immediately dug out the ceramic bowls to serve their food again and stowed the plastic ones away. Additionally, I ordered some Science Diet Oral Care foot in hopes that may improve her dental situation and I have blocked her access to the crawlspace under the house (although she doesn t even seem to want to go there anymore). I am, again, so very grateful. I am kicking myself for not making a greater effort (or for not asking for help) in getting her there. I guess I didn t really know if you could help her or not. Well, you have made a very loyal customer out of me and all of my kitties. Now, I just need to get them all in there to get them microchipped, since they can t manage to keep a collar on.
