Should I be concerned about how going to a new facility will effect my dogs and cat? I have always brought my pets there because they are comfortable and used to the surroundings. It would be helpful to post some suggestions to make a smoother transition. Or it could be as my husband says and it is just that I have vivid imagination when it comes to my pets No matter I will be following because you guys are the best; and I appreciate you, and your genuine love for animals! We really love the Veterinary assistant, Joy. She does such an excellent job handling the animals, and you can tell she really has a passion/care for them. Always very friendly, and curious about how our animals are doing. We ve only made 2 visits. Both were excellent, the vet herself does a great job and is always quick.

I always love coming to the office with my animals. All of my questions get answered. There is never any pressure to obatain a service or a vaccine. It is always an open discussion about what would best benefit my animals at there current stage in life and help keep them healthy.

We are always extreamly satisfied with the care given to our sweet Lillie Mae! We have used Mt.Herman family vet now for a few years and have been overwhelmed by the attention we receive. All the small things make the difference, and allow us in our busy lives to be able to make this part as easy as possible while still maintaining the importance of her visits.
