As always Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital provided excellent customer service and compassionate care for my furry family members. I have been a client since Dr. Frank first opened the clinic and Dr. Rogers and Dr. Dix have maintained the level of compassion and up to date medicine that has made JV Vet the only choice for our family.

Dr Dix is not only extremely knowledgeable his love for the animals is obvious.

All of our pets receive EXCELLENT care.The doctors and all the staff are always courteous, caring and professional. The only challenge sometimes is getting in for an appointment sooner as opposed to later. No real complaints.

It would be helpful to receive a copy of the doctor s summary by email, if possible. I would like to know which 8 teeth were extracted. Doctor Rogers did review this info with me by phone in terms of arcades, but since I will be brushing and caring for Cleo s oral needs - the more info the better. Thank you, Joe
