Jacksonville vet is the best vet I’ve ever been to. Everyone is helpful and friendly and professional.

Except for waiting for a year to get into you office which is understandable for a small community like J-Ville, everything was just fine. And it was good that Bob at this appointment was just a get acquainted office visit. He s not real happy to see a doctor. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We are full time RVers and needed to see someone for updated vaccinations and prescriptions. We were made to feel very comfortable from the time we walked in. Dr. had all the time to answer our questions. This will be our go to vet for when we are in Medford.

So appreciate everything the staff does.

More staff would make it easier to speak to and schedule appointments. I know this may be hard to do, but it would be nice to have the accessibility we used to have. Nevertheless the vets and staff you have are excellent.

Your clinic came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. The staff from the front desk, to technicians to the doctor were all very friendly and gentle.

Everything was great because I dropped off Lilly our cat and then came back and picked her up after she was tested by Dr. Rogers. And Nancy called the following day to check up on us, so that was special and appreciated, too!
