We absolutely enjoyed the attentive and caring service from the doctor, the nurse, and office staff. We were addmited quickly and greeted with kindness. Our pet was treeted professionally as we were given honest advise.

Knowing the cost of the visit beforehand would have been nice (not including tests etc, just the basic visit). I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable things were. Part of that wishing for more information beforehand is because I was worried the visit was going to be much more than it was. Overall I was very pleased and will be coming back :)

I appreciate the great care you all took with my cat. I am sorry but I cannot bring my cat in again as I am unable to afford your services. The charge was much more than I expected or am able to pay. I will have to go back to my previous vet even though I like you all much better. I wish I could afford your services.

Was a very pleasant experience. Staff was efficient and friendly . My cat Jackson had zero anxiety he was curious the whole time and loved head butting the vet . If your pet has an experience like that you know it’s a great place . Highly recommended.

Esther was amazing answered our questions and provided detailed information on the vaccination that our dogs needed and which were optional, we were very grateful for her time and allowing us to decide. The front desk team is friendly and made the appointment and checking in quick and welcoming. Dr Dix was great with the dogs who normally as not so accepting, gentle and through. We are so happy to have found them and their great care.

It will be much nicer when you are done with the new flooring installation. The rooms were clean however--it was just the fact of not being completed that gave it a grade B feeling. That will change. I ve never been dissatisfied there.

Love Jacksonville Vet very much! One idea- have a small personality chart of each pet in file so vet & assistants are reminded. Example: Beau is sweet but doesn’t like nails trimmed.

I was so scared to have my dogs teeth cleaned. I’m happy I did because his bad breath was caused by decaying teeth that I was unaware of. It’s only been a day but he has eaten both dinner and breakfast without coaxing. The staff was very informative and patient with me and my apprehension. They do a full exam before the procedure which also is comforting to know that your dogs glucose, creatine, proteins etc. are all normal. The best thing of all, is they don’t scalp you for $$$$ in taking care of your dog in a healthy way.
