I would like to Thank the entire staff. IMy 2 dogs are not the most sociable and they do everything they can to work with us on getting in and out with as little a complication as they can.

The room was not cleaned before placing us in the room. The table may have been wiped down but the floor was dirty with clumps of hair and some fluid perhaps drool ??????? Also the room needed to have some type of air freshener. The rest of the visit was A+.

It seems that you are changing you software too often, I just get used to the new one and you change to something else, I think the boarding process set up needs to be revamped and separated from the appointment process. I had to fill out the boarding forms at the Seq Animal Hospital this time, I had not received an email on the forms as I did in the previous boarding appointment iteration

I did not get to see the vet, but am more than happy with the service I received and her explanation over the phone. I liked being able to leave my dog so he could be squeezed in when convenient for the vet for an urgent problem and a last second appointment. As a client now thinking of changing all of my pets to your clinic from a vet I wasn t unhappy with, I m more than impressed.
