I felt like there was a lot of wasted time, and I had to speak up after waiting without assistance for an hour. Had I known it would take that long to be seen by the vet, I would have simply rescheduled. Also - Knowing upfront an estimated cost of the visit would have been very helpful, since “billing procedure” was quoted after services were performed and payment needed right then and there. More wasted time with understanding the patient and their medical history, especially after it was provided when booking the appointment, and the actual appointment felt rushed once we were seen.

The visit was okay. A needed prescription was not phoned in even after I contacted your office. There isn t 1 question here that addresses the reason/satisfaction of the visit, which is the pet. Regarding billing...every patient knows there will be a bill to pay..why ask that question?? I feel questions could be better here if yiur goal is improvement.

I was told that the brucelouis test I need to breed was done in house but after having it done was told when paying for it that it was being sent to a lab. Three days later I still have no results!

While I did need to wait some time to be seen, I also understand that some animals require more time than expected so it’s natural to need to wait longer than expected. Perhaps it would help if a staff member, if time allows, to let us know that it may be a few moments yet. It did not bother me, but it could bother someone else. Other than that, I was especially pleased with the way staff handled my cat who has an attitude about being handled. She certainly can be difficult.

Everything was wonderful as always. Dr. Thompson is my most favorite vet ever and I am always thankful for her experience and knowledge not only as a vet but also as a breeder. Dr. Thompson explains things to me in a way that I can easily understand and took time with me explaining what my options were. The staff and other vet that I iteracted with were all friendly and helpful.
