The vet explained the options before surgery pretty well, and what the max cost could probably be, but we were a bit perplexed when the surgery turned out to be easier than anticipated, yet the cost was quite a bit higher than the estimate. I understand an estimate is just an estimate, but it would have been less shocking if the estimate had been higher, and the cost ended up being just the high end of the estimate.

360 doctors and staff have always treated us with the utmost respect, friendliness, kindness and most importantly, knowledge of our dog’s ailments and therapies to help them. We are grateful customers of 7 years. Thank you!

As always, Dr. Stafford and staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr.Stafford is so knowledgeable and has always been friendly, extremely thorough, and great with our furry ones. We had more questions than usual this visit due to an old pup. She and Naomi were patient and very generous with their time as I know our appointment went much longer than scheduled.
