Awesome 1st time experience - great facility and staff really love what they do.

I had asked to have kittens nail clipped at beginning of visit. Also talked to vet about it. I failed to bring up the clipping again and left without having it done. It would have been nice if staff member had remembered my request. All in all though a nice visit

I admire the patience everyone is showing during this time of flooding of your facilities. My doggies are happy here so that makes me happy too.

Overall, the service was good as usual. I did feel like the wait was longer than normal. The total time for a physical + nail trim ended up being about 1.5 h. This may be due to all of the repairs going on.
