I ve had a great experience, the only thing I would give feedback on is the explanation from the doctor about what was wrong with my animal. It felt very rushed and she was already starting to walk away even though I still have questions and seemed eager to go. To be fair they had squeezed me in, so were probably busy. Which if that was the case, I do understand.

You have taken great care all these years in keeping our dogs healthy and happy. Much mahalos

We dropped in without an appointment after our dog s groomer mentioned that she had an ear infection. The doctor accommodated us quickly and examined and cleaned our dog s ears and gave us medication to treat her condition. We are very grateful for the great care we received.
