You folks are always accommodating and efficient. Although we have moved into town, I continue to bring Buttons to Surf Paws because he knows and likes you folks. You take very good care of him.

Yuna had a bad reaction to the doxycycline so I called back on 6-16-2021 and spoke to Moana asking for Amoxicillin. Was told by Moana she could only give Clavacillin because that is what was prescribed in May 2021 and is on her chart. So I picked up the Clavacillin thinking it has Amoxicillin within it too. Did Not check till after we got home and seen it is only Clavacillin. So I will be calling asking if Dr. Cristina can prescribe the Amoxicillin because Yuna took it many times in the past.

We re so grateful you were able to treat our dog. Convenient appointments. Extremely friendly staff. We appreciate the estimate for Belle s teeth cleaning. We compared the price and services. The value you offered was much greater than the vet Belle was seeing. Thank you so much. We are discussing switching veterinarian clinics :)

When I bring the dog in for a check-up, it would be nice if Dr. M came out if only to say that the dog is fine, and to ask if I have any questions. Emi is smart and helpful, and she gave answers to the questions that I had, but she’s not who we’re paying for when we make an appointment with the vet.

I understand the Covid precautions, but I am fully vaccinated and was tested less than a week ago with negative results. As soon as you are able to move to regular visits again, I ll be able to move to five stars for everything. I prefer to participate 100% in the exam and visit. It helps to avoid small miscommunications and allows for additional questions that come up during the course of the exam. FYI Kacey walks closer to 7 days a week. I walk her 1-2 miles when she is not at the dog camp two days a week. I should have asked about how much walking is OK for her

After having a pleasant visit last week, I feel discouraged and disappointed over my visit today. In the future, I’d expect appropriate communication and consideration for someone visiting just to pick up paperwork.

I m Japanese and I don t speak much English, The Japanese Doctor and the staff who can speak Japanese are very helpful and kindly. Thank you for your continued support.

We love Surf Paws. Nikki, Jordan, Pumpkin, and I live in Honolulu but never mind the drive to visit. Great staff, great atmosphere, friendly pet owners!

Your stars are hard to activate Suggest you administer first doses of medications before we leave your office we will do our best to give antibiotics and the pill Pill was rejected but we will try again. Canned food ok but cannot have pill hidden in it Tomorrow may go better Staff were very helpful and caring.

Securing the services of a veterinarian when your pet has an emergency is a bit like trying to find a Primary Care Provider these days. Difficult. On two separate occasions, Surf Paws has accommodated their schedules to fit in an emergency visit for my kitten. I can t thank them enough!

Really appreciate you squeezing an exam in for Koji today. And I am always grateful for the great care of Dr. M and the very kindhearted team at Surf Paws.

#1 & # 6 – Setting the appt was easy, but I don’t know why we can’t go into your office with our dog and speak to the vet who does the examination. I asked why, but didn’t really get an explanation. Weddings can have up to 100 guests, my gym allows 30 – 40 people in, etc. Why can’t you allow just one customer in with their dog? Since I wasn’t allowed in, I didn’t see the condition of the office facilities. #2 – When I arrived, I called and let them know I was waiting outside. I was told someone would be right out. Fifteen minutes later someone came to get my dog. The explanation was that they had two emergencies. I can understand that and it’s not a problem. I just wish I was told that when I called so I didn’t just wait around thinking they forgot about me.
