I was not aware the fact that my dog was scheduled with a different doctor on the date of service. We only seen Dr.M before but this appointment was with Dr.S. She was okay but I still prefer to see Dr.M for my dogs. I feel like she is more relatable and I love her bedside manners. From now on I will make sure to double check who I am scheduling with so I won t make the same mistake again.

We are very happy with the service from the staff and Dr. Stevens. they are very helpful and kind. Even our dog Stevie likes them.

I’ve been going to Surf Paws for years. The staff is friendly, experienced and really cares for my dog. Dr. M is thorough and knowledgeable. She always gets to the root of the problem and has an accurate solution. I’ve had dogs throughout my life and seen many vets. She’s the best.

This is the 2nd time I ve taken my dog, Luke, to Surf Paws and both visits were great! I appreciate how Luke was invited to go straight into the exam room so I didn t need to worry about other animals with him in the wait room. I felt that everyone genuinely cares for Luke and gives me a sense of trust! Thank you, Surf Paws!

We were there with our dog that has terminal cancer. It is so very difficult trying to make a decision that is in our dog’s best interest so that he doesn’t suffer any more than necessary. Dr. Stephens is such an understanding and compassionate Veterinarian! It made an unbearable situation so much more tolerable. We really appreciate her!

Outstanding service. We had a somewhat emergent problem and Surf Paws took care of us immediately. Their care and attention to our needs was typically excellent. We appreciate Dr. Miliaresis attention and compassion so much.

It would be convenient if there was some kind of handle on the top farside of the counter to secure your leash to when paying for your bill??it worked well at another Vetenarian I used to go to.

We are very happy with Surf Paws, the staff and Dr. Herzog (Dr. Herzog sees our three birds). Staff is always friendly and accommodating, from scheduling our appointment, to our experience with the Vet Techs (we had Sarah this past appointment, and she was incredibly sweet). We absolutely love Dr. Herzog. He maintains a wealth of avian knowledge, and is compassionate and extremely personable. He does not rush through our appointments, and thoroughly explains all aspects of his examination and associated observations. His patient/client follow up is also admirable. Thank you for providing our family with another great veterinary experience!

I think Dr Herzog is one in a million!! He is VERY thorough, and covers all bases! We really like and appreciate him.
