My appointment was 930am and there was no wait time at all. My cat hasn t been to a vet in years so the stress my cat had was noticeable. This fast and quick assessment enabled me to get our checkup and get my cat home to her relief. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and veterinarian during this fast visit.

We ve been going to Surf Paws for a year as we have an aging cat. All was great until today. I get to the office early and sit. A lady was there with a dog she was holding, and she did the whole my dog loves cats routine and then placed her dog on the table, looking directly at my scared cat. I got up and moved, and she went into a Karen tirade, using the F word and screaming loudly for all to hear. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE DID OR SAID ANYTHING. I sat with my eyes closed until she finally stopped. About 3-4 minutes. I brought my cat today because he is old and dying. My concerns about my cat were ignored as the vet pushed pain meds on me that I knew my cat wouldn t take. I am the one who has lived with him for 17 years. Not her. Yet she pushed and pushed, so I paid for the stupid meds. Then the tech, who was in the office the whole time and heard me repeatedly say that the cat does not do oral meds, told me to put it in his mouth like so. Bloody moron. This vet wants me to prolong a life of a cat who will be in pain just from me forcing meds on him. No empathy at this office at all. We will NEVER go back.

I am truly sorry for my acrimony concerning the final costs of Koa’s neutering surgery. Wish I had asked more pointed questions of recent, instead of relying on my “Outdated” information received during his first vaccinations. I have been nothing but pleased in all my previous encounters/exams. Hope to continue using your services. But, as you can note from my above ratings, I’m still disappointed in the surgery pricing—explanations. Thank you, ED

Just a couple of things. First, I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time before the doctor was free. Second, I was surprised to see a man doctor. This was the second time I took the cat to Surf Paws. The doctor I saw before was Dr. Milaresis. I didn t even know there was even a second doctor at the facility. (There is no indication of a second doctor on your website.) No one indicated that Dr. Milaresis was unavailable. I have no complaints about the service. Dr. Bluntz was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and attentive. But I do prefer to avoid surprises. Plus I had to wait 30 minutes for him to be free.

I was an emergency no appointment in take. Staff was just the best. They got my hurt kitty in and looked at so quickly. The staff and DR Vet were just so gentle and calm with my scared kitty that he stayed calm. This place not just knows how to take care if our sick furrball family members, but know how to do it with love 10/10

We were happy to get such a quick appointment
