Every staff member is wonderful

The care my pups have received from the staff at Berwick has been wonderful. They genuinely care for my pups. They caught an early cancer on my older pup and probably saved her life. My newly adopted pups are in good hands. I trust them and am confident with their expertise.

Dr. Douglas and her staff are awesome. Took my dog in at short notice in an emergency. Spent time with dog to trying to figure out what was wrong with him and spent time figuring out what she was going to try to do to make him better. Then spent time making sure I understood the plan. Just a great animal care facility. Very appreciative of Dr. Douglas and her staff!!

Great Vet clinic. I have been with this vet clinic since 2010 and will never change.

I appreciate the initial steps taken to try to prevent the spread of COVID-19, however, it is now 2025. As we know now, COVID can be equated to that of the FLU. I appreciate having my Pets exam in the room with me as I forget, sometimes, all the symptoms/concerns of my Pet that I need to report when giving them to the Vet Tech. Upon an in-room exam I can recall symptoms/concerns as my Pet reacts to the exam or when the Vet is in a particular area of my Pet. I also, personally, do not like the Plexiglass windows on the front counter. To me, it is a source of separation from the staff and presents a lesser than welcoming vibe. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming so to have that window between us is something I, personally, would like to see removed. Thank you for the opportunity to offer my opinions.
