Awesome staff and veterinarian. The examination was very thorough. They explained,in detail, my dogs symptoms and treatment going foward.

I appreciate having the exam of my pet in room as there are times during the exam that I may remember to mention a concern or offer clarification during the discussion that would not be possible if the exam is performed in the back.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very respectful and willing to help! Dr. Douglas took the time to throughly explain the plan of care for my puppy!

I like that it didn’t feel like an assembly line of veterinarian care. There was little time in the main room where we’d have to try to keep our pet down, and the tech was prompt once we were in our room. The vet was thorough and listened, taking the appropriate amount of time to answer our concerns.
