I was a walk in and the greet I got was very heartwarming. Very FRIENDLY environment nice and clean and they have a beautiful Waiting area very and every time my dog teeteed on the floor they cleaned it with out complaining or giving me the I m tired of this dog look.Listen to every detail and remember what you tell them, and above everything else I felt and knew my dog Kilo was looked at,examined and treated in the way he was suppose to. I recommend them to any and every one.. Oh annddd they actually follow up with you..

I was very impressed with the care that my cat, Tommy, received. Dr. Iulo and the other staff were very nice, and the cat wasn t scared or agitated!

Although I’ve moved from the Berwick area I still drive to see Dr. Douglas and her staff. They are all friendly, professional, and answer all my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed or that they are rushing to the next patient.

This was our first visit with CJ’s new Dr. Lulo who was very thorough with his physical and was a pleasure meeting her and listening to her expertise and answering all my questions. Honestly, it was my easiest visit yet! Wait time was short considering they fit me in that morning, and care was quick and informative. One of my biggest complaints in the past was how long a regular visit took. Pleasantly surprised!
