The office staff worked us in as an urgent care patient and while our visit took a while, I was not bothered by that, because the staff gave me updates and had to do a lot of work on our kitty. I am so happy we found Berwick Animal Hospital a few years ago. I cannot imagine Dora going anywhere else.

Flea & Tick and Heartworm is ridiculously expensive at your facility, you can literally by a 6 pack on 1-800 Petmeds for less that what you charge for a 3 pack.

I am very thankful that Dr. Douglas takes the time to explain things in depth to me as she seems to understand anxiousness with my fur babies being at the doctors office, and she’s extremely knowledgable! The staff is super nice and courteous, always!

We love the service and staff at Berwick! Everyone is so friendly. They treat our beloved dog Bear like a superstar! The cold laser therapy is really helping with his spinal issue. We have seen Dr. North for acupuncture and consultation on issues and she is wonderful. Thank you for everything you all do!

Your staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an appointment for my extremely anxious 85 lb dog and also had my 7 month old baby with me. Staff went above and beyond to help me with everything. Y’all made our experience extremely stress free. It was the best vet clinic that we have ever been to. Was very impressed with everyone at the clinic. My first visit there and they made me feel so at home. Every staff member, from the front desk girls to the assistant who took us back and the vet and her assistant as well...every single one of them were outstanding and went out of their way to show my dogs some love and spoke to me and made me feel welcome. Dr. Douglas took her time with both of my dogs and was extremely thorough with her exams. She was also cost conscious and up-front with prices for what she would be doing.
