Had to wait a while to be seen but thankful they worked to get us in without an appointment since we has an emergency visit.

I am new to the Savannah area and just recently starting bringing my new kitten here, and I absolutely love it. It s a very nice, clean, and welcoming environment, and my questions are always thoroughly answered. I feel like my pet s health and happiness is the number one priority which is all I could ask for.

I was really impressed with the staff. They were very kind and professional at the same time. Very caring. I was a little concerned how peanut would act toward Dr. Harper. Dr. Harper walked in and sat on the floor and let peanut warm up to him. Peanut allowed the Dr. to do his job and seemed at ease. The Dr. was very friendly and explained things in everyday terms. Which for old folks like me, that s great. I was very satisfied. Thanks

Everyone at Berwick Animal Hospital is friendly and efficient. They provide excellent care for my pets. I feel confident that my pets will be treated with love and kindness when I bring them to Berwick. Whether a routine exam or an illness, I know they are getting the best care. I am thankful for all you do to keep my pets healthy and happy.

I really appreciated being told when I booked a 5 o clock appointment that I would probably have to wait. Knowing that upfront made a big difference. It is much nicer to be prepared to wait. And even though I was the last appointment, I didn t feel rushed.

I am very happy with the services and the staff of Berwick Animal Hospital, 5 stars on all accounts. My family just moved to GA and it comforts us greatly to have found a fantastic Veterinary staff & facilities.

In reference to No. 2, the wait time was understandable considering the staff scheduled us for a last minute appointment.

Excellent personable service! Our golden retriever was treated by Dr. North gor 2 years so lovingly before recently being put to sleep. The care for Graci & patchy for us during this moment of sadness was priceless. This is our first time ever boarding a pet(Chance)

Dr north and staff were so very compassionate and attentive. From the time I walked in the door they helped ease the pain for both me and diesel. It was truly the hardest time in my life and dr north and staff helped ease the pain with their compassion, kindness and understanding. I do not know how they do what they do on a daily basis. Truly are heroes with big hearts in my book????

I always really enjoy coming to see everyone at Berwick. They all know my dogs by name and treat them as their own.

Too much paperwork. When I bought my house it wasn t this complicated.

It was recommended that we include two additional shots with the normal vaccines that our dog receives. We agreed and didn t know until we were paying at the register after the appointment that they were boosters and we would have to come back again and pay for additional shots and additional visits in order to have the vaccines be effective. It would have been nice to know that boosters were required so we could make an informed decision when deciding whether or not to receive them.

I feel like I am at home at Berwick Animal Hospital. Everyone is so sweet and attentive. Dr Douglas has such a wonderful relationship with my dog.

We always have a very pleasant experience at Berwick! The staff is very helpful and friendly and I feel comfortable having our pets in their care.

We love Dr. Harper. My dachshund was scared so I was sitting in the floor with her. Dr. Harper sat right down with us. It was awesome! He takes the time to explain and takes away the anxiety for me and my pets! Your staff is wonderful and caring. Thank you.
