Dr Dave Schur is thorough and excellent at diagnosing. My dog had a complicated health problem and Dr Dave did all tests needed to help my very sick dog with the correct treatment.

Dr. Jodi is the best...excellent medical care for all my animals and so kind, gentle and dedicated. The staff is excellent! Toni is so good with my Sarah who is a challenged dog. Stephanie got me an immediate appointment for what seemed to be an emergency and was so helpful with supplying quarters for my parking. The staff and the doctor were great, however, when we had our initial visit, we were told that the re-check was going to be at no cost or no more than25 dollars. It ended up being 42 because of a stain that was put in my dogs eye. It would have been good for the doctor to inform us this was going to cost extra and given us the choice. Thank you

Unfortunately they forgot to trim my pups nails. In their defense, his other issue was more important. Bummer was I called to let them know they forgot and when I mentioned I couldn t take more time off this week how about Saturday, I was told no appointments for nails on the weekend. I was hoping maybe they could made an exceptio and fit me in since it was forgotten. Great team though...my pup loves it there, just sorta a bummer.

I asked for appt on your online site and couldn t change my choice. I don t know why Bitsy s exam fee was higher than Uther s, perhaps b/c I asked to have her ears examined for possible mites? We enjoyed working with Dr Morrison. Barb & Preston French

I appreciate the time Dr. Morrison spent with us going over Dakota’s health issues. It felt like she wasn’t in a rush at all and there was really time to talk and understand the issues.I’m glad to have a vet that can do this. Dakota enjoyed seeing her and nuzzling her hair. Thank you!

I brought my dog in twice in the past 3 months, for neutering and vaccine booster. The front desk personal didn t notify me that my dog s annual exam was due. When I requested a refill for Trifexis it was denied because the annual exam was overdue and I had to make another appointment for the annual exam. I would have been more than happy to schedule an annual exam with one of the previous visits if I was just alerted that it was due at the time of scheduling. The front desk personal presents as cold and unfriendly. I was asked to stand away from the desk when I was ready to check out. There was no one else present, so it felt strange. Within one minute I was asked to come back to the desk. Dr. Jolean and Dr. Jodie give excellent care to our dogs and they are the reason why we continue to use the Eugene Animal Hospital. Dr. Jolean already corrected the situation about the Trifexis and I m very thankful for the quick response to the situation.
