My visit with my dog was very good. The only problem that arose was that it seemed a little busy. This made me feel as though I was sort of being rushed out. otherwise the exam was great

My I Pad wouldn’t click the stars but I gave you all 5’s. We had an excellent appointment. I was given an appt quickly and the doctor was great. Solved and treated our problem. Thank you.

We drove an hour to get there when there was no power and you still did not take the stool sample. A phone call was not received until two days later to reschedule the appointment

If you have a pet with allergies like me, they really are the best place to go! Very helpful and kind and when they explain things they do it properly and not by word-vomiting at you. Best vet I ve seen in years!

Every part of our visit was excellent. Thank you Dr. Henderson for checking out our Pup really well. Though, there is one thing that makes it difficult for seniors - the cost of care. Thank heavens we are able to afford insurance at the moment but when we no longer can afford it, don t know what we will do. Just a concern for the future. Apart from the cost, Alta Rancho is a great pet hospital. We appreciate you!

I called in regards to boarding my dog and set a time to come in for the pre-boarding. Upon arriving I was told to have a seat and I would be called. I waited over an hour as other people came in and were seen and left. It seemed as though my appointment was secondary to everyone else’s and the computer work that was being done. When the waiting area was empty I was finally called. At that time I was given paper work to fill out instead of giving it to me when I first walked in.

The staff, at Alta Rancho Pet and Bird Hospital, are always friendly and kind. I also want to thank Dr. Henderson for a very informative and helpful appointment, regarding my dog, Jack. I could see that she knew her stuff and gave me great advice and input for my beloved pup. Right now we are working so hard to make Jack s life and our life better, together, that we have been pretty stressed out. It seems that his training takes great patience and time. However, after Jack s appointment, I feel there is hope and that all of our efforts may begin to pay off. Instead of thinking about re-homing Jack we are making our home better.
