Our first visit was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional and the vet tech and the doctor were both thorough, informative and courteous. We received a follow up call the next day to see how our dogs were doing after their booster shot. We also received a first visit / birthday discount for the visit and nail trim! A real plus!

This is an amazing practice with an amazing staff.every employee there was very helpful, above and beyond and I greatly appreciate them calling days after to check in on my dog and how he is doing.they gave me great advice over the phone that helped me care for my dog properly at home,,they saved my dogs life

This was my first time into your clinic. I was so impressed with the level of service I received! The tech that helped me with Charlie was so knowledgeable. He went over everything in great detail, and was so nice to me and Charlie. I appreciate all that you all do. I will be recommending your office to anyone I know that is need of a Vet. It my was my first visit and I really appreciated the vet tech sitting down with me to clarify exactly what I wanted done that day and how much the cost would be per service. Also they were very accommodating to allow me to stay in the room with my dog while they took her blood etc. I did not feel pressured to pay for products and services that I did not want or need, like I have at other vets. I only spent a few minutes with Dr. Benjamin while he checked her, which initially I was disappointed with but since it was just a routine check up and she was not experiencing any health issues I guess I can understand it. I was surprised and grateful to see that the vet fee was waived on my final bill, although no one mentioned it. I assumed it was because it was such a short visit with the doctor. The follow-up call the next day and this survey are nice touches. Everyone on the staff seems to be so friendly and accommodating and really took the time to make sure I got all my questions answered. I look forward to coming back here again.

The receptionist Casey is the friendliest woman on the planet. She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel so welcome.
