Awesome Group!!

We really appreciated the ease of getting an appointment. Dr.Benjamin and Andrew were very knowledgeable, and both addressed our concerns and our questions with clear explanations. The receptionist was also very helpful in answering our questions about Simon (our dog) and our future concerns and appointments. We give them all high marks!

Staff was caring and very considerate of any pain/discomfort that my dog was experiencing. I appreciated their soft touch!

I was told I would get a call the day after my dog had been seen to to see how he was and rebook an appointment for his vaccination he was unable to have but I never received this call. I found this quite strange as your staff have always been good about following up.

The only thing negative was that it said I declined the monthly heart worm treatment. I did not and accepted it. On two subsequent calls to ask about it the receptionist told me ... but you declined it. Eventually I had to come back to pick up the treatment. Just seems to be a misunderstanding.

WAS IMPRESSED TO SEE HOW VERY CLEAN YOUR FACILITIES WERE. ARVIN SEEMED COMFORTABLE ALSO. YOUR TECH WAS MOST COURTEOUS AS WELL AS THE RECEPTIONIST.

Constant up selling and new vet almost gave wrong shot but caught by assistant. Had I know Benjamin was not to see my two dogs I would have rescheduled. Was like going to a new vet and I have seen Benjamin for over 15 yes. BUT, I NOW DONE!

This was a first visit and it was great. My dog got seen right away and staff was patient with all my questions. We will definitely be back.
