Best Vet in the West! Well... actually it s in the South but that doesn t rhyme.

Sarah Brown is fantastic. She is very honest and knows what is best for your pets. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

There was a misunderstanding about billingperiod When I made my appointment I asked for the total bill for both Bella and Cherie. The price quoted to me was per dog when I had asked for the total bill. Even when I checked in and even when I signed the documents the billing questions I asked I fell I made very clear was for both dogs. Needless to say I was surprised at the bill do During checkout. A major problem area is my inability to read, so when I signed the documents I have no idea what it is I’m signing four. I’m not upset and I didn’t pay the full bill. Next time I will try to be incredibly Explicit about the total amount of money the bills will be.

I thought that I had paid for the rest of the testing Motley had at the previous appt. I was told to bring her in two weeks later to finish the testing after Motley had finished her meds. I had already paid and did not need an appt.I paid, but question this.

The staff worked us in spur of the moment late in the afternoon to treat my dog s allergic reaction. They did a great job and I am very grateful for the quick and thorough care.
