I was completely ignored when I walked in. Two people sitting at desk treated me like I was invisible.Someone walked in after me and he was immediately greeted and helped out. They both continued to ignore me. I will never take my dogs back.

I called the day before our appointment because I got a text saying I needed to bring an updated shot record for 2 of my kiddos. The lady I spoke with said they could administer the shots while the boys were there for their grooming the following day. The morning of the appointment, I told the girl at the front desk that 2 of the boys needed to get a few shots while they wee there. She said “oh yes, okay.” That was it. Nothing else was said about the shots or seeing the vet. When I came to pick the boys up that afternoon, the same girl told me it would be almost $700 for the grooming for all 3 and shots for 2 of them. She told me one of the boys had their Best Care appointment while he was there, which was not what I expected to happen during that appointment. She never said a word about that. When I told her that at the time of pickup, she got an attitude with me and said “well he was due for it.” When I told her that I didn’t not authorize that to be done, she just blew me off and said “well it was done.” I had no choice but to pay the $629.15 charge in order to pick up my dogs. We’ve been bringing our babies to the Bixby center for 6+ years and have never experienced or encountered someone so brazen and dismissive of what I asked to happen. I don’t like being blindsided by $600+ when I expected to pay around $300. It was truly disappointing to say the least.

Dr. Roberts and his staff are all so very kind and caring every time we are there. He is always very knowledgeable and compassionate and works hard to resolve any health issues that our dogs have had. We have taken our girls to him all of their thirteen years.

The staff and the doctor, Seth George, were absolutely amazing. I totally recommend them. I won t go anywhere else. Thank you River Trails and doctor Seth!!!

Dr. Roberts is amazing! He explained everything and gave us options for us to determine the best choice for Ziva s healthcare. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

I brought in my already deceased cat. I did not realize they were doing communal cremation. When I called to inquire about getting her remains back my call was never returned. The same week she died I got an email saying happy birthday to my deceased cat. My experience with your clinic was horrible. Your staff needs to communicate better and explain things better. If I ever get another pet and need vet services I will not be coming to your clinic.

We would have appreciated a phone call letting us know that our Dr. Was unable to see our cat for his appointment.We would have rescheduled.

I was surprised at the availability of the staff. I was asking for a specific provider and I was able to get in same day. Dr Monroe is an amazing person and I know any cat in her care is getting the best.

It was great. The wait time was a lot longer than normal; however, there was an emergency, which I fully understand. I would expect the same if it were my dog. Absolutely recommend River Trail.
