River Trail does a great job taking care of our 5yo Dachshund both treating and boarding. Proposed treatment pricing is shared before performing treatment. If Lily is there for boarding, the check in process is ok but waiting for tech to come get her from the waiting room takes longer than expected especially if we have appointments that we must attend. I would also prefer to receive an email or text reminder for vaccinations. thank you

Dr Roberts is the best of the best. We drive in from Dallas to see him. The most caring man ever!!!

Dr Monroe was very friendly and was very thorough with our cat s exam and spent time explaining her observations and recommendations for treatment. She patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.

I know my cats Lucy and Lilly, get the best care. Dr. Monroe has taken care of Hoppy, Maxi, Loqui (rescued by Dr. Monroe) and now Lucy and Lilly. I am grateful that she chose the veterinary route to help my furry friends.

We love Dr. Monroe. Our cat Chester who is very much a scardy cat, was very relaxed with her.

Our dogs love to go to River Trail Resort!! They both love playtime and the amazing staff. It is their home away from home.

I was completely ignored when I walked in. Two people sitting at desk treated me like I was invisible.Someone walked in after me and he was immediately greeted and helped out. They both continued to ignore me. I will never take my dogs back.

Everything is always clean and everyone professional! I feel very comfortable taking our pup to Rivertrail. She takes extra effort to deal with and they go out of their way to make her feel comfortable.

Dr. Copeland is so caring and patient. Our furbabies had a lot of issues. She was able to address them all and spent quality time with them. Thank you Dr. Copeland!

I called the day before our appointment because I got a text saying I needed to bring an updated shot record for 2 of my kiddos. The lady I spoke with said they could administer the shots while the boys were there for their grooming the following day. The morning of the appointment, I told the girl at the front desk that 2 of the boys needed to get a few shots while they wee there. She said “oh yes, okay.” That was it. Nothing else was said about the shots or seeing the vet. When I came to pick the boys up that afternoon, the same girl told me it would be almost $700 for the grooming for all 3 and shots for 2 of them. She told me one of the boys had their Best Care appointment while he was there, which was not what I expected to happen during that appointment. She never said a word about that. When I told her that at the time of pickup, she got an attitude with me and said “well he was due for it.” When I told her that I didn’t not authorize that to be done, she just blew me off and said “well it was done.” I had no choice but to pay the $629.15 charge in order to pick up my dogs. We’ve been bringing our babies to the Bixby center for 6+ years and have never experienced or encountered someone so brazen and dismissive of what I asked to happen. I don’t like being blindsided by $600+ when I expected to pay around $300. It was truly disappointing to say the least.

Dr. Roberts and his staff are all so very kind and caring every time we are there. He is always very knowledgeable and compassionate and works hard to resolve any health issues that our dogs have had. We have taken our girls to him all of their thirteen years.

The staff and the doctor, Seth George, were absolutely amazing. I totally recommend them. I won t go anywhere else. Thank you River Trails and doctor Seth!!!
