Would like to know when one person will be allowed in with the dog on their visit.

We weren’t informed that we could not go in with our dog beforehand, and in result, we don’t know what happened inside, talking with the doctor over the phone was uncomfortable and it was bad to hear what was being said, we were then charged for something we didn’t really agree to. The analysis for the blood test was still not emailed. If you were to do it like this, there should be video proof to show what happened.

As usual all excellent. Even under trying circumstances I couldn t be more pleased with the care and concern of the staff.

Great appt as usual. Dr Han and staff are great and happy to have them as my vet.

During this coronavirus pandemic I was so concerned Walmart dog safety and health. I was reluctant even to bring him to the vet but I was there two times during this pandemic and they exceeded my expectations as far as caring for him and also providing safety during this time and social distancing. Also following up and calling me a few times Was wonderful. Veterinarians and the staff are exceptionally helpful and wonderful kind patient and extremely qualified.

Dr. Han & the office staff are ALWAYS courteous and kind. I feel they re as concerned with me fur babies as I am and give them loving care. I have NEVER had a problem with them and that is why I drive 1/2 hour to get there even though I have 3 animal hospitals/vets right in my town!!

You guys are all amazing and I know I may be to worried about amani but you all ease that thank you soo much am I so grateful for all of you be safe

Dr. Han, I can only imagine how very busy you are with all the furry loved ones! Appreciate how kind you were at the time of our visit and now that I have the radiology report, have a couple of questions. Would also like to know the results of the blood work. Hope I don t have to wait until our appointment next Thursday morning. I d just like to confirm that Shadow is not seriously ill.

Everything excellent as usual- just upset that the IV was left in and I had to bring her back. . .

Dr Han is a wonderful, caring veterinarian. The staff go above and beyond caring for our fur babies and are very friendly and compassionate! We travel over a half hour to get to Tenafly rather than go to either of the two animal facilities in our town!
