Vet tech and vet were in the room at the same time. I ve never had that before, and it was a little overwhelming. Both were talking at the same time and giving different, multiple suggestions. Would prefer for vet to meet with me alone, or vet tech to meet with me alone, but not both at once.

My baby was not in great shape and they were just amazing at taking care of him and making sure he made it to the hospital. Now, while he s still recovering, he is alive and we have means to help him stay comfortable.

Dr. Carla Christman was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about our guinea pig Walter, you could tell she has a passion for caring for guinea pigs. She answered all of our questions and gave us great advice to continue caring for our guinea pig. Would definitely recommend!

My fur baby ended up being just fine, I think he was faking symptoms just to get to see them. We absolutely love the staff. They always take the time to answer all of our questions and show genuine concern about our babies.

Dr. Kay was extremely professional but also kind when having to deliver some difficult news this visit. I truly appreciated the time she took to explain all options and the manner she used to convey the info. Thank you!

I was very disappointed that I was originally told the wait for procedures would be less than 30 minutes and it took well over an hour. No one came in and said there would be a longer wait until about 30 minutes past the original 30 minute time mark.

Your front desk staff and clinicians are all professional and courteous. Your hours are great and you make the services easy to access and have very low impact on my day (no need to leave work early, for example).

We were early so we waited a little more but we had a really terrific experience

I really appreciate that H and Dr. Christman both give my cat a chance to kind of sniff at and inspect anything that they re going to be sticking in her ears (like the thermometer and swabs and such). It helps her feel a lot more comfortable and less likely to freak out and try to bolt!

Very courteous and professional staff. I needed to reschedule my appointment last minute, and the receptionist was able to find another time for me that worked.

Techs were wonderful as always. Did not like how rough Dr. Kay was in handling my kitten. He s always been happy and purring with other vets and seemed very distraught with her handling and exam.

I was very impressed that everyone, including the receptionist and the vet tech who didn t see my pet, knew my pet s name, even though it was only our first appointment there!
