Thanks Dr Roque for seeing Pumba in her angry agitated state. I hope she did not bite you? Since then , she has been calm , affectionate and has even let me wipe her derrière and her ears, amazing! She continues to explore more rooms in my house so she is slowly adjusting. Before her next appt I will give her a pill so hopefully Pumba will be more cooperative.

I have been to quite a number of vets throughout my life, and I am very happy to say that Jane Animal Hospital has been just fantastic! I truly feel that all the staff genuinely care about the animals and provide a memorable experience- I trust them. No matter where I have moved to (North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, I ve kept Jane Animal Hospital as my pet s vet.

I know these are different circumstances with the covid-19 virus right now, but I was a little disappointed that I didn t receive a puppy package like I did with my other dog that goes there. With her I had received a dog bag that held all her medical information toothbrush a toy bag of dog food etc. It just seemed a little cold and informal kind of but I think that is because of the world we re living in right now with this virus so I do understand completel, other than that the billing was great the phone conversation was great, the ladies on the phone were great, no complaints at all, I guess it s more what our world is at this point.

Jane Animal Hospital has been the primary veterinary caregiver for my 2 cats for the past 10 years and I have always been very happy with the level of care my pets have received. Over the past 2 years, one of my cats has experienced some fairly serious recurring health issues, and Drs. Johnson and Shatzsky have been wonderful during this period - providing appropriate and compassionate care, and following up on his condition, and providing recommendations on a regular basis. I am happy to report that because of this, my cat is healthy and happy again. I would not hesitate to recommend Jane Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a good veterinary clinic.

Early This Morning my Family and I lost one of our most valuable players on our team , My cat Nemo who was one of Gods greatest creations passed away , I called the office and explained what happened and from the phone call to walking through the doors , to the person at the front desk , everyone made this process as easy as possible , they listened and made relevant suggestions and even gave their condolences , no one will ever know what my cat meant to me or how I feel today , but everyone at the office made us feel comforted by the tone in which we were greeted. From our family to yours thank you for helping us with our end of life plans and god bless you .
