Friendly, family oriented environment. Dr. Koren-Roth and Dr. Kinne are the most knowledgeable, compassionate Vets in the area! Staff is excellent as well, took great care of Luna when she was sick and hospitalized she was treated as if their own..Lots of TLC! 5 stars!!!

Dr k was very kind and caring.. explained what we should do and when.. took the time to explain reasons and answered all our questions.. I felt comfortable being new parents to 2 kittens that he would take good care of them... so have selected him to care for our kittens.. only suggestion would be to encourage your staff to remind other customers to keep their pets away from others while in waiting room...

Chaz was super busy in the waiting room when we came in on the evening of 11/2, but took the time to ask each family how everyone was doing...and socialized with every pet he saw. It’s easy to tell that he loves his job and knows each pet very well. Hearing him talk with a woman on the phone about her sick pet was very heartwarming. He made sure the woman was okay (I could hear her crying through the phone from across the room), and assured her that her dog would be okay too. Thanks, Chaz, for embodying customer service. You are the perfect person for your job! :)

During my last visit I was left waiting for over an hour before I finally had to leave. This same thing happened during my visit before that as well. This seems unreasonable. Additionally, I was charged $100 for 14 pills which I find extremely overpriced. Other veterinarians charge $60 for the same drug and these sell online for $100 for 50 pills. I have been a customer since I moved to the area. These practices encourage me to want to find another veterinarian. On a positive note, your front desk staff and veterinarian assistants are always very kind.

I came in with my little guys hamster Junior and the amazing kind way this little rodent was cared for was beyond amazing.I also had a very very busy nosey one year old with me and the staff interacted with him so well so that I could handle the business at the counter. I would recommend this place for all animal lovers.
