I have been coming to this veterinary for about 30 years, and have seen it evolve. Not just through staff changes, but cosmetic improvements, digitization, and of course, those dreaded price increases. Change is always hard, but these improvements have made a great environment for my pets and the staff has always been wonderful. I recommend this veterinary often and am frequently amazed how much can be accomplished in a small facility. I like that the vets keep up with new information and progressive techniques. I also value how all the staff are kind and appreciative of the various situations of pet owners, and how silly we can become over our pets.

Staff I d always on top of things, doing the best they can. I do love this office. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have is to maybe get a probe type ultrasound machine in the office to rule out any other issues or so that families can get a better diagnosis. Thank you for all that you do

Parking lot is totally ridiculous, someone is going to break there leg walking into that place, the lady s who work at the desk are very friendly and always are very caring about the pet I bring in! Ty

Seems you need more vets on staff to provide urgent care appointments. Weekend hours could be extended since animals still get sick on the weekend. The emergency clinic in Latham is ridiculously overpriced.

This survey does not allow me to click on the ratings. I have no problem with any of the services I have received. I am very happy with all of the above. I feel like my pets get the best care that can be provided, and my questions are always answered knowledgeably.

We appreciate the excellent care the staff gives Bogey every time he boards. It truly is like going to camp for him! Thank you for all of your kindness. He s getting old and sometimes grumpy but you all handle him and make it comfortable for him. You ve been able to keeping him pretty healthy and happy for many years! Thanks again as always. I live an hour away but wouldn t take my dog to any other vet. It is worth two hours driving knowing that my fur baby will receive the best of care. Thanks for being there when we need you!
