My cat Odin has been abused and abandoned before I adopted him. He definitely has some separation anxiety and I think he assumes I will abandon him one day, so going to the vet is quite difficult for him, especially now when I can’t go into the appointment with him. Right away I was comforted by the person doing the check in and felt much relief when the vet called amd said Odin was doing well. It means a lot to me knowing that I am getting the best physical care for Odin but also emotional care. The staff is always so lovely and the people working the front desk are always kind and knowledgeable. There are other vets closer to where I live but I much prefer the DWAH. I always recommend this clinic to anyone with a beloved pet. Thank you!

I love this place I take buddy here all the time to get his nails done very professional and the caregiver that clipped my dog s nails did a really good job this is the place I would want to take white dogs all the time and fast service to boot I recommend Dundas West all the time to everybody that I know

Hello! Service, knowledge, clarity of explanations, evidently caring people - 5-Star service all around. This was our first time at Dundas West with Chance (Black Lab) and I was very impressed with the high-quality care and service we received as a first-time new client.
