Care team found a way to get Chloe a next-day appointment on short notice so she could get a bordatella vaccine. So glad to have the DWAH team taking care of us.

It would be really wonderful if a cost structure could be explored that didn t simply charge for every single test exclusive of what other services are being paid for. It s really challenging to have to choose between tests needed for more information , and my pets welfare. Would packaging tests or grouping services allow for more affordable services? Seems like it could be reasonable to wave an appointment fee when the bill is over $600... And there are financial restrictions.

The whole team did a wonderful job with my Jindo dog Walter. They were patient and careful with his temperament and age. Thank-you for taking care of our good boy.

Dr. Kilborn was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain everything about my cat Lili s treatment and called me the following day with more information.

This was mine and my cats first visit to Dundas West Animal Hospital, and I have only good things to say! Our vet was Tristan Barran and he was so thorough in the way he explained everything from his exam, to the cost breakdown. Every clinic member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and really did give my cat, Cosmic such great care. I’m so happy with our experience, and how helpful and kind all of the staff was. I wish I remembered the name of the vet tech that checked us in and out because she was also an absolute star. Thank you so much for your great care!
