Only two of the values would click and show Excellent; we would have valued the rest of them as Excellent too. The Snowy Range staff merging with Gem City we hope will continue the same great service we received from Dr. Zander and staff prior to the merger. We will be having dental work this March. Our dog didn t do well with the anesthesia on her first dental procedure. But Dr. Zander changed up the needed protocol and the last two dental visits and there has been minimal stress from the anesthesia and Polly has come home after both and did well. And, our dog loves when everyone knows her name, and the staff does and makes a point of calling her Polly when she comes into the doors. And she is a happy dog after boarding sessions too. Which, as owners, we love that our dog is wagging her tail when she comes through your doors. A question on the boarding. We assume with the merger the clients needs will be doubled. To an owner that could translate into fewer spaces available when we call for boarding needs. Are there sister vets/boarders that will be recommended? Or should we owners ask a few other vet offices that could be alternate boarding for shortage situations and have her updated records sent to them? when and if a shortage on boarding may or may not come up.

I was so impressed with the staff at Gem City. The vet even called to check up on my dog the next day which I thought was really cool. It was well worth the wait for the clinic to be accepting new patients! I love it!

As far as I m concerned, this is the only stable vet clinic in Laramie. They care about your pets as if they were their own. Lots of class and caring for the pets owners and the pets.

We had both our dogs in last week - the 2nd dog you were able to squeeze in to your already busy schedule Friday afternoon and we really appreciate it. We felt the feedback was very thorough and it s great to know up front what the costs will be. All staff and doctors were very friendly.

We have been bringing our dogs and cats here for more than 25 years. They have been taken care for by a succession of great vets like Doc Allen, Kelly Palm, Christa Branch and now April Zander. We are especially pleased that the clinic will now be holding emergency hours on weekends. -Don & Kim and Miss Penny, the Terrible Terrier.
