My wait time was the only thing. But I believe the Vet had an emergency. I think your lobby is a little too small for waiting patients and for checking in and out. Pretty congested. But overall I was very pleased with the experience.

Your staff is always very helpful and accommodating.

Communication while in the office has improved a great deal since August. Still room for improvement - are there procedures for after the DVM performs the examination? This part still feels a little disorganized. Nonetheless, I m super glad we have a great vet here in Laramie who wants to do an excellent job, which you do, and who wants to improve.

The staff there was very busy, and there were only a couple of examination rooms, but the staff got to us quick, and we were seen as soon as a room opened. The assistant was incredibly nice and our kitty loved her. The doctor was also incredibly friendly and kind. She made sure our questions were answered and was very gentle with out cat. She also took her time and made sure everything was done right. Our cat loved her as well. Such a great experience and I will be going here again.

I really love to see crystal or Jackie... I m from gem city but whenever I call they encourage me to see a new vet or wait several weeks for mine... I will wait if I can. I trust them so much...

I have always been extremely happy with the care, service and billing procedures. Gem City is the very best facility in Laramie. They care about their clients and they never forget a patient.

When there is follow up care for the animals, it would be really helpful to write down what is to be done and what medications to use. I had to learn to wrap my horses leg myself and forgot what medications I was supposed to wrap it with as I had never had to do this before, it was a little frustrating. I would have liked a direction sheet to help me. Other than that it is always wonderful to work with Crystal.

We came in for an emergency, so the wait was expected. We love Gem City!!

The tech who came in was great, professional, good with my pup, etc.... however, she did not introduce herself, and I didn t recognize her, so I had no idea who she was. :)

Very satisfied. Dr. Zander and the tech answered all my worried crazy questions and I feel we have picked the best path for treatment.
