I felt some services were unnecessarily overpriced, nail clipping once done as a curtesy now charged $30 for my 2 pets. A gabapentin capsule cost me $7 when a 30 day prescription could be had at my local Pharmacy for a $5.82. I did ask about a prescription for Prozac that I could fill at local pharmacy but this was discouraged and was told I would get a email notice from vets pharmacy regarding a formulated fkavoted tablet. When I got this I realized it too was very expensive and not something I would be able to afford since I had a least 2 pets that would need to be on it possibly long term. Also was told now that Heartland was the company that owned the clinic no discounts were a available to those, like me that have several pets accessing services. I have 5 cats that have been patients with Dr. Flynn. Since 2018.

I brought my cats in for a checkup, but the vet must have thought I brought my check book in for a checkup. I will not return. All she did was try to sell us everything they had. ZERO STARS

Thank you doesn t say enough. I thought I was gonna have to put Tater to sleep and Dr. Flynn stopped me in my tracks. Meds worked and he s back to himself. Dr Flynn and her staff were wonderful to my cat Yvonne. She’s an easy cat to deal with and they were so kind to her and to me. They ask so many questions and I love that because they genuinely want to know everything about my cats health to maintain said health. Love this place. We are new to town and came here because my cat had a weird lump. Dr Flynn quickly realized it wasn’t a normal lump and called a specialist for a referral for surgery and we were able to be seen the same week. She also provided some helpful suggestions for his continued care and diet in managing his thyroid condition. Great staff very friendly and reasonably priced.
